Papaya Milk Shake.
Ingredients:
Milk 3 cups
Papaya peices 2 cups
Grated papaya 2 spoons
Honey 2 spoons
Method:
Take the papaya peices in blender and blend them for 5 min untill they become paste,then add milk and honey and blend for a minute,and top up with grated papaya,then papaya milk shake is ready to serve..
IF u take this during the fasting day there will be no weakness and also it is very useful for good eyesight.
