Oats Payasam
Ingredients:
Oats-1 cup
Milk-1\2 ltr
Gaggery-11\2 cup
Elachi Powder
Cashews-1tsp
Raisins-1tsp
Ghee-2tsp
How to Make:
Take a Pan add 1 tsp oil and fry cashews raisins and put them aside.
In the same pan add remaining ghee and fry oats for 3 min.
Now add milk and then add Grated Gaggery and cook for 5 min.
Now add Elachi and turn off the stove.Now add cashews and raisins and serve it hot.
