Choclate Barfi

Ingredients: Makes 18-20 pieces

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tin condensed milk
50 gms. Ghee (Clarified Butter)
100g chopped nuts
3/4 cup sugar

Preparation:

Pour condensed milk into a thick bottomed pan. Add butter, sugar and cocoa powder into the pan.

Stir constantly on gentle heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.

Pour evenly into a buttered dish.

Allow to cool and set. Cut into squares.

Sprinkle the nuts and serve.
