Wheat Ravva Kichidi


Wheat Ravva 2 cups
Carrot peices 1 cup
Onion peices 1 cup
cauliflower 1cup
Green peas 1/2 cup
Corn 1/4 cup
Beetroot peices 1/2 cup
Water 4 cups
Oil 2 tablespoons
Gingergarlic paste 1 tbs
corriander 1/2 cup to garnish
Salt to taste


  •   Heat oil in a pan and add gingergarlic paste and fry it for 2 min.
  •   Then add onions and fry them until they turn brown.
  •   Add all vegetables and fry for 10 min (half boiled) by covering with lid.
  •   Add Wheat ravva and fry for 2 min .
  •   Add water and salt then cover with a lid and leave it for 10 min.
  •   Garnish with chopped corriander.
  •    It is ready to eat now .
