4. ईश्वरः सर्वभूतानां हृद्देशेर्जुन तिष्ठति ।
भ्रामयन् सर्वभूतानि यन्त्रारूढानि मायया ॥
God stays in the hearts of everyone. By His magic, he keeps truning them (controlling them) as if they were puppets.
